This is my second purchase with Casey BMW. My salesperson was Joe Hargraves. He followed up with several calls and went out of his way to make sure that I had the ultimate BMW shopping experience. I had left Casey dealerships several years ago because of bad experiences but Joe makes me glad that I decided to give them another chance. If you want a fair, knowledgeable, trustworthy, diligent person working for you, Joe is your guy. I would recommend him without hesitation. Lloyd Howell was also instrumental in making me feel at ease. He was also very personable and helped to ease my apprehensions about purchasing a new car. He went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciate it. It's good to know that there are some car salesmen/business men still out there with integrity. More
