I went two different Kia dealers the first one was Preston Kia in Burton Ohio they had me drive all the way over there let me take a Kia Sorento home just to call me the next day and told me to bring the car back because they couldn't help me same thing with halleen Kia in North Olmsted. Tony called me yesterday asking me if I have been assisted since I was searching online I told him no because of the situation that I was having he asked me to explain my situation to him over the phone which I did he then told me that he was going to call me back cuz he was going to talk to his people. I was at work at the time when he called me back asking me to fax him over all my documentation is because they were willing to help me I couldn't believe it yet I didn't want to put my hopes up since the two other times I had no luck but thank the Lord that Tony is a man about his business because while I was at work I faxed over everything they needed and by the time Tony came off of his lunch he called me to tell me when was I able to come pick up my car that was the happiest moment of my life but the extreme moments was when I was signing my paperwork and drove off with my 2017 Dodge Journey. If you want good customer service and someone to go the mile go to North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram dealer in North Olmsted Ohio you will be happy when you leave. More

I was very skeptical when I went to North Olmsted Chrysler J My salesman Todd Forsythe was very knowledgeable on all the trim levels and a different packaging on all the vehicles. He took the time to find the right vehicle with the right equipment for me. And the price was over $2,700 cheaper than my local dealership. There were no strings. They honored their internet pricing. He set up my phone all my personal settings. It was also a pleasure to work with Joe Killiany the finance manager he was very quick to the point and explained everything that I was signing. It was the best automobile purchasing experience I ever had and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. More

I w I had an awesome experience at North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. My salesman, Todd Forsythe, was so helpful, and found the right Jeep for me. I was driving a 2009 Jeep Patriot Sport SE, but I needed a larger vehicle for my hobby - rockhounding. I belong to the Minnesota Mineral Club, and our club goes into mines, and the 4x2 Patriot wouldn't be able to go to the mines. But my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 Trail Rated will be able to. It is also so roomy and comfortable. Everyone at the dealership treated me and my PTSD service dog so nicely, and explained everything about the Jeep thoroughly. Joe Killiany, the finance manager, made financing easy. Todd also went the extra mile to find me a place that would install a hitch to my new Jeep. Although I won't be needing a vehicle for quite a while, I'll definitely come back from Minneapolis, Minnesota to this dealership to buy one, and will definitely recommend this dealership to friends who live here. More
