The advertising number for the truck was good. But the sale manager conveniently didn’t add in the “family package” that cost $3k. I was giving a range of 16-19k for my trade in but got a 15k once But the sale manager conveniently didn’t add in the “family package” that cost $3k. I was giving a range of 16-19k for my trade in but got a 15k once arrived. My car was in good condition. Wasted some time to go back and forth and end at 16.5k because I want to get the truck and move on. Even to the last part of the transaction I got lied to. The salesman said he will go get the car detail and fill up one of the tire at 20 psi. Once he is backed, he said “you will need to drive a bit for the sensor to recognize that it filled. I droves home for 2 hours, the next morning went to a gas station and filled up the tires and it was instantly adjusted. If you want to experience the used car salesmanship then come to this dealer!! More
