When I went into Executive Kia I was greeted by friendly staff. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to buy the car I was looking for. Joe Ortiz and Todd Perry did everything they could to work with me staff. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to buy the car I was looking for. Joe Ortiz and Todd Perry did everything they could to work with me to make it possible to get the car I wanted. They were friendly ,informative, and mainly not pushy. By the next morning they had found the car I wanted. They worked diligently to make the financing work for me. I am now driving my 2013 Kia Sorento and I LOVE it! I stopped in to Executive Kia to look at a used Forte Koupe that I saw advertised online. When I got there it had already been sold. Larry Dorfman let me test drive another but I determined that I like t Koupe that I saw advertised online. When I got there it had already been sold. Larry Dorfman let me test drive another but I determined that I like the Forte Hatchback better. Larry had another customer there so Joe Ortiz stepped in and let me test drive the Hatchback. I told him that I was not shopping for a new car but with the Sales Manager Todd's help, they put together a deal that I could not walk away from and I ended up purchasing the 2013 Fort Hatchback that day. I first chose Executive Kia because I have used their service dept. for my Nissan Versa and they do a great job but I found out that the Sales Staff is just as customer service oriented. The way that they worked together was like my basketball team in transition, unselfish and passing the ball to the open player, and they made the Slam Dunk. That is why they Won my business. More

I just purchased my used Acura TSX at this dealership and had a great experience. I originally found my car on cars.com and called the dealership immediately. As soon as I called the dealership I was direc had a great experience. I originally found my car on cars.com and called the dealership immediately. As soon as I called the dealership I was directed to Joe and made an appointment for the next day to come in and test drive the car. Joe explained everything about the car and took me out for a drive; I was ready to buy the car that day. He was also patient and held the car for me when other buyers were interested since my Grandparents had to approve it as well. Once the approval was made Joe made it very easy to purchase the car and within a week I was approved for my loan and driving off the lot in my new car! I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Joe, he was a great help and very knowledgeable. More

Jackie was in contact with my husband and i through email and phone until i finally set up an appointment. She matched us up with Joe who, although young, had exceptional knowledge of the business, the inven and phone until i finally set up an appointment. She matched us up with Joe who, although young, had exceptional knowledge of the business, the inventory and the specific cars we were interested in. He also possessed wonderful 'people skills'. We walked in at 10am, unsure and skeptical that we could afford to trade in both of our older vehicles for TWO newer, yet used, vehicles. Yet we left at 1pm knowing we had gotten the financing we needed at the interest rate we desired, with payment amounts and schedules we are confident we can handle. We are more than just happy with our 'new' used cars, we are excited and my brother and mother have both talked about how "easy i made it sound". I have passed along Joe's business cards so they can go see him also. I owned a Kia Sephia back in 2002 and i already had a 9 year old and a 2 year old. When the last baby came along, i couldn't fit the 9 yr old in the back seat with two car-seats, so i had to trade it in for a mom van. Now, with my oldest out of high school and looking into buying his own car (also referred to Joe), I am able to unload the mom van and come back home to my Kia. I am a happy mom today.
