I purchased a used Toyota through Brandon Automall 8/14/2020. My first contact on 8/13/2020 was with Richard in the Internet Dept as I saw the car posted online. I told him I was going to check the car out the next day. I called the next day to advise the dealership approximately what time my Husband and I would be there. We asked what it was for and couldn't get an answer , so i just figured it would make my payments less. Didn't happen. More
