A great experience From the first time I walked in the dealership and driving out with my new car I always was felt comfortable . True Value for Money Excellent service and true value for money - delivered by Patrick Longhi and the team. They are an expert to understand and provide the correct information to match my needs. I dont care if the office is not fancy but the dealership believes in providing exceptional service to its customer. Unlike other dealers who do not care for their customers, this team is truly opposite. I would recommend to go ahead and strike a deal with Premier Subaru Watertown. This is my first experience and has been very pleasant. Kudos to the team !!! More

Update to last review I took my car for a simple oil change on June 5 couple days later it might garage and all the oil leaked out in my garage call then they came and t I took my car for a simple oil change on June 5 couple days later it might garage and all the oil leaked out in my garage call then they came and towed it. They called me back the next day and said the plug was warped and the car was all set. I picked up the car they did the recalls on the airbags and a hood latch I drove away and my speedometer wasn't working I drove right back and said they must've messed something up because it was working when I dropped it off I don't know the guys name but he said will put you in a loaner and would have to diagnose to see the problem and I asked do I have to pay for this and he said yes so I said forget it I'll bring it to my old mechanic. I called corporate and complain and the next day they called said bring the car back they would fix it for free my battery level was down they put a free battery in my car and reimburse me for the oil change so I am pleased that day on earth what they did wrong and I appreciate it so much so to my bad review is now a good review I would go again for what they did for me very nice and respectful I highly recommend them More

Pressure free zone, knowledgeable and friendly. Having driven an Outback for quite a while, I decided that I no longer needed a larger vehicle. I was torn between getting a Forester or a sedan, e.g Having driven an Outback for quite a while, I decided that I no longer needed a larger vehicle. I was torn between getting a Forester or a sedan, e.g. a Legacy. I received intelligent guidance from Bo, my salesperson. And he even stayed calm as I took him for a spin in both vehicles...not everyone can do that...just kidding. He was able to answer a multitude of questions; he had clearly done his homework, and then some. Overall, the buying experience was made easy and I was left feeling quite comfortable by everyone I dealt with. More

Bad experience that turned out great. I have a 2010 Legacy GT that I bought new. This was the first time I used Premier for service. In the past I was using a Subaru dealer in Torrington I have a 2010 Legacy GT that I bought new. This was the first time I used Premier for service. In the past I was using a Subaru dealer in Torrington and that was a nightmare, but that's another story. I brought my car in to have the timing belt changed and after they changed the belt and took the car for a test drive the car stopped running and had to be towed. The bad experience was dealing with the people in service that could not explain what the issue was. After about a week and a half I got tired of calling and dropped in and was introduced to the assistant service manager, Joe Proulx. Joe took me into the shop where the mechanic was working on my car and explained the issues they were having. After we discussed some history of past repairs done to my car he assured me they would get it fixed correctly. I left the dealership feeling very confident and at ease after talking to Joe. I am not one to blow smoke but he is an asset to that company and I will continue to use their service dept. More

Employees are friendly, very helpful with my many questions and explain in detail repairs that need to be made without making me feel "pressured" into immediate decisions.
