We just purchased our fourth vehicle from Toyota West. As always we had a great experience with all the staff and especially Jerry Lambert and Joe Sckipp. They were both very professional and helpful with our purchase. Jerry promised me I would have my 2013 Avalon by the middle of May... but surprised me and called the next day to say he had found exactly what I wanted! We would highly recommend Toyota West to anyone who is in the market for a great deal along with superior customer service.

I found the car that I was interested in on Toyota West website.
Toyota West is a short drive from Conover.I drove over to look at the car and met
John Mykins and he suggested a test drive.
The car was a Toyota Corolla it was what I had been looking for but I wanted to sleep on it before making a decision to buy.
I called John the next morning and told him I was ready to buy if the car was available. John said yes and he was very helpful troughout the whole process.
This was a very good experience buying a used car from Toyota West.

Our experience with Russell Seward and Toyota West was outstanding. This is the third Toyota we have purchased from Toyota West. Russell Seward was great, he listened to our needs and he and the rest of the sales staff, especially Joe Sckipp went out of their way to find the vehicle that met our requirements. The final sale process handled by Chris Haverstick was professional and efficient. We have no complaints with Toyota West. All of our Toyotas have been serviced by Toyota West and this new vehicle will also be serviced there.

We stopped at the Toyota West dealership knowing we were interested in a 2013 Prius. Once the staff ascertained our preferences they made the entire process easy with no pressure tactics. They answered our questions in a concise manner while providing all the necessary information for my wife and I to make a decision. I would definitely shop at Toyota West again.

We have purchased our last 5 or 6 cars here and have always had quality service and salesmanship! This time was no different. Went in to the dealership to purchase a Camry and came out with the Camry we absolutley love! Edwin and Joe were very friendly and courteous, as always, and Chris handled the paperwork. He was quick, thorough and friendly and courteous. We appreciate this dealership very much and we always think of them, when thinking of a new or used car!! Their service department is excellent, very well qualified and thorough and friendly. Its always a good experience when taking my car in for service!!

I rate Toyota West as great because the experience was awesome. I spent all day looking at cars and waiting, and waiting, only to be turned down. It took these guys, maybe an hour, maybe. I had to wait two days for my Yaris to go through the shop, picked it up on the third day. No hassles, no haggling. Best car buying experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks guys.

Best Toyota Dealer so far in all of NC!!!! So happy we found them. Great service and fast! They are honest and fair and were very heplful. It's 25 miles from our house but I will also drive the extra mile for great service and friendly staff. Could not be happier! Thank you so much!
