My words are worthless trying to explain the positive experience I had with the Andrews Cadillac Team. I made contact with sales consultant Jena, when I entered the facility and stated why I was there. experience I had with the Andrews Cadillac Team. I made contact with sales consultant Jena, when I entered the facility and stated why I was there. Jena demonstrated superior knowledge concerning the Cadillac CT5 I wanted to test drive. We test drove two vehicles which were a 2025 and 2024 CT5. Despite their interior drivers layout being different, Jena clearly understood both vehicles as demonstrated by answering all questions without referencing material. Jena clearly understands self induced decision making pressure as she offered several times to step away as my wife and I discussed our desire. There was not any attempt to pressure or sway our decision into either of the vehicles. Jena professionally and patiently answered all questions which allowed us to make a choice. I don’t haggle dealers over their prices and I felt the sticker price was well stated. Then came Joe, the business manager . He conducted the financial side of the process. He was smiling from the moment he walked up for introduction to the time we departed. The companies use of technology concerning all the document signing requirements was excellent. Joe answered all questions and communicated clearly concerning clarification. He displayed additional options concerning warranty and accepted my decision with no pressure applied. This Cadillac Team is worthy of the highest approval rating a consumer can provide. I will return at some point for a Cadillac SUV because I’m extremely proud to be a new Cadillac owner supported by this family team. (Meaning, without doubt I felt welcomed like family) I’m writing this without previously reviewing other consumer reports concerning this particular Cadillac Team. I was so impressed, I returned to Andrews Cadillac of Mount Juliet, TN, the next day. I wanted to share my positive experience. I encountered Stanley and requested the Sales Manager. He didn’t ask why or question my purpose. He simply honored my request and took me to Shane, the Sales Manager, with whom I relayed my exceptionally positive experience. I know you can’t please everyone, I’m a Veteran of the U. S . Military and I have served on multiple teams. I’m extremely happy with my first ever Cadillac purchase and I’m looking forward to my interaction with the Andrews Cadillac Team of Mount Juliet. I greatly appreciate the atmosphere of the facility. More

Josh was incredible and extremely informative but not forward or aggressive which has happened to us in past ….only complaint is , we bought new car with 2k miles on it, showing 69% oil life remaining an forward or aggressive which has happened to us in past ….only complaint is , we bought new car with 2k miles on it, showing 69% oil life remaining and they weren’t able to give us a quick oil change to reset it to 100%. The price of car after taxes was over $65k….i just think that would of been a nice finishing touch for us or a extra free oil change coupon More
