It has always been my goal to give a different experience than your typical finance transaction. I really do ask myself what kind of experience would I want if I was buying a car. I would want low pressure, informative, fun, and above helpful. Yes my job is to sell protection but in my experience warranties usually pay for themselves after one use now that the cost of parts and labor is so high. I consider myself a true professional in the industry and work hard everyday to help not only customers but my teammates as well. That type of mentality comes from the very top and I think most people know that Henry and Mimi actually believe in taking care of the customer always and doing what is right always. I'll never leave HB GMC. Best Dealership EVER!

I had a tremendous experience with the entire team, including the salesperson. Rigo made this a smooth process. Everything was completed online. And when he found out we weren't going to be able to come up and pick up the vehicle after after the deal was done be Everything was completed online. And when he found out we weren't going to be able to come up and pick up the vehicle after after the deal was done because of a nursing issues ,Rigo arranged for the vehicle to be delivered. I'm not sure if this is a normal practice of theirs, but I sure did appreciate it. More
