Joe has been with Garavel Subaru since March of 2011. Before Garavel Joe owned two Floral businesses for 27 years, that he sold in 2008. Joe is very passionate about golfing, and plays as often as possible. Joe has two kids that are all grown up, and married. He recently rescued a puppy from the Stamford pound, and enjoys playing with him. Joe is also very much into watching football, and boxing as well.

My experience I was able to walk in and speak to Joe W. immediately. He answered all of my questions. I told him my situation, my needs, and my wants and he explain I was able to walk in and speak to Joe W. immediately. He answered all of my questions. I told him my situation, my needs, and my wants and he explained what would work best for me. He also took the time to help with my insurance and registration questions (I moved to a different state). Joe answered my emails promptly and followed-up by telephone the next day, making himself available to me. I really enjoyed my experience and I am extremely happy with my Subaru! After everything was said and done, I was contacted about a price reduction for my monthly lease payments, which was pretty great. Jose was thorough and friendly. More

This is hands down the best car buying experience I've had (5th car I've purchased). I was able to negotiate the sales price via email with Travis and Jessica with minimal "back & forth". Went I've had (5th car I've purchased). I was able to negotiate the sales price via email with Travis and Jessica with minimal "back & forth". Went to the dealership with my wife to sign initial paperwork and the price quote was honored with no issues whatsoever. They beat their competition in the area by almost $1000 over the lease term. Subsequent visit to pick up our car was totally seamless. Joe W. is a real pro and handled everything down to our insurance and DMV paperwork. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the tri-state area in the market for a Subaru. More

Friendly and willing to negotiate to figure out what works best for customer during sales process. Once car ordered, needed to call several times to follow up on when it would arrive but once at the dea works best for customer during sales process.
