I had my external employee discount, which was beat by their price before I even presented it to him. There's not a ton of wiggle room here because you are already getting a great price. Joe kept good communication and was able to meet my requests for making sure all of my options were covered. I was in and out of the financing and signing office in record time. There was not a dozen things pushed on me and it went pretty easy. My only negative comment is that the Mazda dealership should look like the neighboring KR Subaru facility. Although I'm there to buy a car, not see fancy pictures on the wall, wifi, or free soda...the option is nice. They were not equipped with a security hex tip to remove my license plate, which struck me as odd. Otherwise all good. More

The salesperson, Joe Woleslagle, was very straight forward and clear. Setting expectations on both sides of the deal is critical so we both knew the criteria for the decision. I told Joe what I needed and he addressed all the issues. The pricing was fair and better than the competitors. The sheet delineating the ranking of the Mazda dealerships was impressive in favor of Kenny Ross. Since I was buying the car for my daughter and son in law, I won't have interaction with the dealership but I'm sure they'll have a great experience. Thank you Joe for the great buying experience. Very good experience at purchasing vehicle at this dealershi I emailed salesman and told him what kind of vehicle I was looking for and my price range. I was not pressured into making a particular decision in any way. I originally intended to purchase a new vehicle, but in the process found a 'used' offering that was also on the floor. The staff seemed to focus on me being happy with my purchase, regardless. Both were very accommodating to my schedule and stayed in touch throughout the process. All pricing for the certified used vehicle I did end up purchasing was strictly 'by the book' however so don't expect any haggling to take place, no matter how small. Perhaps this is just the business these days - I have not bought a used car for quite some time, so.... However, they did offer a very fair trade-in offer on my existing car. Overall, I left a satisfied customer and would definitely buy from them again in the future. More

Great service by saleperson. I was shopping around to see what the value was on my current Mazda at the time to see if trading in would be worth it. I test drove a couple models I was shopping around to see what the value was on my current Mazda at the time to see if trading in would be worth it. I test drove a couple models and received a trade in value. I was given a higher trade-in value than other dealers and the numbers for the loan were good. I was really focused on not getting into a high car payment. Joe the salesperson was not pushy, but would check in with me every few days. I told him my dilemma about two car payments and had to discuss further with my husband. He was extremely patient even if I called him several times in a day with questions I forgot to ask or get more information on the kind of car I was interested in. He was able to help me figure out a way to pay off the one vehicle and still keep my payments within a range that I was already paying for my other vehicle. This was fantastic because I didn't want to wait too long to trade in my car as it was already 8 years old and I didn't want the value to drop while I payed off my other vehicle. I also couldn't afford two payments. More

After corresponding by email to determine an agreed upon price (they would not be beat by any other dealer) I went in to see the car. I was not pressured to sign right then, but I gave Joe my information so when I decided the final signing process would be easy and quick. 2 days later I said yes and when we went to sign the whole process took around an hour. Afterwards Joe (our salesman) stayed past his working hours to help my wife and I sync our phones and show us all of the features of our new car. I almost went with another dealer but this kenny ross dealership would not be beat on price and the extras they offered put me over the top. Overall a very good experience. More
