It was my first time buying a car and I’m so happy to have stopped by at this dealership. What was “just looking around”, turned into buying my dream car! Not even five minutes had gone by when Victor ca have stopped by at this dealership. What was “just looking around”, turned into buying my dream car! Not even five minutes had gone by when Victor came out to greet my dad and I. So polite and transparent, he answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything to the “T” including my dad, whom he explained everything in Spanish to as well. He made sure I had a great test drive which made me fall in love with the car even more. As a young woman buying her first car, I had mixed experiences in other dealerships that ended up discouraging me a bit. My sales person was good and patient. He was willing to give all the time I needed with the car. The finance manager was rude and impatient. On top of that he was not an expert at his job He was willing to give all the time I needed with the car. The finance manager was rude and impatient. On top of that he was not an expert at his job and struggled to get through the basics. I would not recommend a somewhat complex purchase from them. Good inventory , fine enough facility. This is a small thing, but you don’t get but a half talk with a used car! Spending 35$ more dollars would not hurt them, it’s the small things. More
