I had brought up that I wasn't happy with the car being not cleaned to my liking. His comment was it's a used car it's not a new car everything's not going to come off. Which yes it should they didn't clea not cleaned to my liking. His comment was it's a used car it's not a new car everything's not going to come off. Which yes it should they didn't clean in between things there's leaves on the back by the SUV the inside could have been a lot cleaner it didn't even smell good so I was greatly disappointed.. so now I'm going to have to look at another shop to clean my car the way I like it which I've checked out and it will cost me around $800 I find that to be very unfair. My car is a 2018 RX 350 Lexus he did a great job on having the auto body fix the front of the car but the rest of other things we're just blown off I left very unhappy. I wasn't even excited about the car. You should make sure that if people are unhappy that you fix the situation. I wouldn't brag to people about buying a vehicle there More
