I dealt with lior (peewee) over email/text and the next day he knew what car we were talking about and came down with the keys to test drive it. there was no reason to negotiate the car was $2-3k under market for the miles and trim. excellent service history. paperwork was squared away and i drove away with the car in under 4 hours. thanks again. will definitely do business again. One word answers, no engagement or customer service. He made my husband and I feel as if we were an interruption to his day. We spoke to the manager who made excuses say “that was just the way Joe was” and then proceeded to tell us he was just given a promotion! Wow! Our experience was ruined by poor customer service. So sad a company like this employees folks line him. More

I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000+ car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!. More
