Here is my feedback which I already shared with the service department. First, the issue regarding the 3% service charge for using a credit card was not mentioned to me until making the final payment. service department. First, the issue regarding the 3% service charge for using a credit card was not mentioned to me until making the final payment. I cant believe that Infiniti with the extremely high margins on the service parts and labor still finds the need to charge customers with the additional 3% charge. Secondly, I can't believe that a censor for the airbags costs $1,000. Every time I've gone to your service department, the costs are outrageous. It prevents me from ever even thinking about purchasing another car from Infiniti. More
