We bought a new Honda CRV (2020) at Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale. Unfortunately my wife hit a deer in the first month after purchase. I had the car repaired at the same Honda dealer thinking they would Riverdale. Unfortunately my wife hit a deer in the first month after purchase. I had the car repaired at the same Honda dealer thinking they would do the best job. The car was left for repairs on 2 Nov 2020 with a promise of completion in two weeks. That date slid when they could not get a radar unit that had to be replaced as part of the repair. We were told the radar unit would not be available until 20 Nov. Then the date slid again to 24 Dec and again to 2 Jan and then again out to 14 Jan with a February completion date. I asked several times if they couldn’t take this part from another car on the lot and I was told no, Honda wouldn’t allow that. I was also told that Honda would provide us with a loaner car since they were not meeting the promised delivery dates over and over. However, after promising a loaner, it was denied. Again, Honda wouldn’t allow a loaner. At this point I did some research and discovered that it was not Honda who wasn’t alloying for a loaner or for a replacement part from another car on the lot but Ken Garff Honda management in Riverdale. So, I called Joey Burns and told him the story above. Within 10 minutes of talking with Mr. Burns Honda repair called me and said that my CRV would be ready the next day and it was. Briana Cunningham was my point of contact with the body shop. She was very courteous and kept me up to date on the progress or lack there of. I think she tried very hard to help but was strapped by management at that site. Needless to say I am very happy to have my car back and I am pleased with the quality of work. However, because of the trouble we had and the repeated promises that were not kept (especially spare part commitment and loaner) I will not use them for repair again. I am thankful for the help Mr Burns provided. Otherwise we would still be waiting for our car, 3 to 3.5 months after leaving the car there for repair. More

Start here FIRST! Wide variety of inventory new and used, professional team to help you. I was browsing online searching for a used vehicle. Tenille responded to my search request via text sending me vehicle professional team to help you. I was browsing online searching for a used vehicle. Tenille responded to my search request via text sending me vehicles available in my price range and interest. We made a drive from Salt Lake City to Riverdale, which took way less time than we thought, and test drove a 2015 Nissan Leaf that caught our interest. Tenille did an excellent job of answering our questions and concerns. She let us take it for a long test drive. She was not pushy but authentic and easy to work with. David in financing helped us secure a loan with a good interest rate and also answered questions. We weren't quite ready to buy that night but they didn't mind my husband and I talking together in their lounge area while we mulled over our decision and even offered us soft drinks. We left saying we'd think on it because it was our first EV (electric vehicle) purchase. We then got a nice follow up call from management to answer concerns. Tenille sent us links on EV information. They talked through our concerns without pushing us but thoughtfully helped us make an informed decision. When we decided it was the right choice, they made that easy, too! They would have accepted a trade-in but we didn't want to trade a car. Their pricing was a great value, the car was in excellent condition even as used and the whole process was good. They even delivered the vehicle to our home rather than going back to the dealership. Don't let the location in Riverdale stop you from making the trek if you live in Salt Lake County. It was a pleasant drive and a very nice company that is part of the highly respected Ken Garff auto group. They had some wonderful new Buick and GM vehicles on their lot backed by Buick/GM warranties, plus many used vehicles of all makes and models in great condition. They thoroughly inspect and detail used vehicles. It is a dealership you can trust. They have a huge service department. More
