No one ever and I mean never returns phone calls. I have left 3 messages for Joey in sales Talked with another person. Said I needed service never heard back from him We paid cash for our Rav 4 I have left 3 messages for Joey in sales Talked with another person. Said I needed service never heard back from him We paid cash for our Rav 4 Only one key never told us till after the deal. It’s going on 2 weeks I think. We would like our 2nd key. Now I see why they wanted us to take out key insurance. I guess the other owners still have it. And your service department is the same. More

Communicated with salesman on phone about a challenger they had on lot,Joey answered all my questions and if he didn’t know called me right back with the answer, took credit app over the phone, stopped in they had on lot,Joey answered all my questions and if he didn’t know called me right back with the answer, took credit app over the phone, stopped in next day to look at vehicle and signed on the spot. Dealership got all the paperwork ready and brought the car to my house that night.Best experience I had at a dealership buying a new car. More
