My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
In 2010 I purchased a new Forester. I was delighted with Steve Lewis Subaru then, friendly, accomodating and willing to listen to any concerns I had regarding my new Forester. They took care of me with respect and were not condescending when maybe my questions, requests or concerns seemed silly. Early Saturday morning in March 2012 I went to have my regular service done and began to think about trading in my 2010 Forester for a 2012 to keep up the value of the car and the money I invested into it. I loved my Forester so much, the thought of anything different did not appeal to me at all. I asked the gentleman at the service desk what time the salesmen arrived. I was glad to find out that they arrived so early on a Saturday and it would save me a trip during the week to speak to someone about trading it in. I wanted the exact same Forester, just a new model. John was very helpful to meet my needs and found what I wanted in Vermont!! I did my best to get a good deal, of course, and John and Mike were very nice and tried to meet my financial ideals. It took time, but I liked that, I did not feel rushed at all. The experience has been so good that the following Monday I sent my parents to Steve Lewis to speak to John Acadia. My dad is not well, he has cancer, and is not long for this world, he wants to make sure he gets a good dependable car for my mother so that it will be one less thing she has to worry about. They checked things out and plan on returning to buy a Subaru soon. I must add that the new facility is lovely and very comfortable. The location is a little further but totally worth the few miles!
