John Barney runs his service department like a fine oiled machine. When I have an issue, as soon as I arrive at my appointment time, they take my car and immediately begin working on it. John keeps his cus machine. When I have an issue, as soon as I arrive at my appointment time, they take my car and immediately begin working on it. John keeps his customers informed of their repairs, etc., and recently put me into new tires and a four wheel alignment that I desperately needed. They completed the work in shorter time than I thought, and the bill was less than I imagined. John gave me an additional discount on the tires and labor. 5 stars, across the board for the Service Department at Bob Ferrando Ford World. More

Other than having to pay for a bolt broken by the tech, they did what was requested. They managed to put the wrong month inspection sticker on the vehicle and they had to come pick it up, take it back to t they did what was requested. I appreciated the work Bob Ferrando Ford did on our 2022 Ford Edge. They re-mounted the summer tires and balance them with excellence and changed my oil.
