David was so patient with my 16 year old and I! He took the time to go through each car we were interested in and we never felt pressured. He even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of during fina the time to go through each car we were interested in and we never felt pressured. John Broaden was fantastic and went the extra mile. Finance team was completely unprofessional however. They purposefully submitted my financial information to banks knowing it would be unsuccessful. They also held my car from being delivered because of an additional, unnecessary warranty. More
