I've been dealing with Crews Subaru since purchasing my first Subaru in 2011. They have promised to take good care of me and I'm holding them to it. Although Pam in finance and Millet in sales are great helps, most of my interactions have been with various service advisors and mechanics. Each one, Alisha, Sierra, Justin, Doug (with loaner cars), Jason, or my mechanic, John Carlin has met and exceeded my expectations every time. John ensures that my vehicle is ready for my regular road trip adventures. I've even gone in with a rather nit-picky question and it is addressed with courtesy, efficiency and cheerfulness. I'm afraid that they are stuck with me as long as I'm a car owner. More

Great experience in service! I was going in to get my windshield glass fixed and got recommended to do the 30,000 mile service instead of waiting a few months! I took my 2019 Subaru Outback which I absolutely adore to get one of the electrical modules that went out in the vehicle which made the tire pressure light come on and my husband and I knew it was the best b get one of the electrical modules that went out in the vehicle which made the tire pressure light come on and my husband and I knew it was the best bet to take our Subaru to Crews Subaru. In total about the entire dealership with Jason Parish, service manager and a whole host of extremely friendly, cordial and caring team members that form an amazing congruency, the likes I and my husband have never seen before. Not to mention the most comfortable waiting room with complimentary coffee, bottled water, all sorts of snacks and a bevy of a beverage selections (quasi pun included) obviously from hot to cold. This is our 7th Subaru and my husband now drives a 2009 Forester that still runs like a jewel. Quite simply, the safest and most reliable automobile that my husband and I have ever and always enjoyed, Subaru. Go to your nearest dealership and test drive one for fun or when you get that itching urge that it's time to buy a Subaru. Smooth ride like riding on air.
