This is my 1st used vehicle from this dealership. It's been a nightmare. Before I bought this vehicle, they promised me / agreed to fix 2 things after the sale. 1st, buffing out few minor scratches It's been a nightmare. Before I bought this vehicle, they promised me / agreed to fix 2 things after the sale. 1st, buffing out few minor scratches, and fixing liftgate noise or cracking sound when it opens. They made an appointment 4 times, and I was there 4 time wasting my time, but they did not fix anything. Now there service guy telling me it may not be cover under warranty and I have to talk to their parts manager. I paid extra about $4000 for extended warranty coverage on this vehicle for being used. They are Liars. I thought big dealerships care about the reputation and name, but not them, just want to sell whatever it takes. Worst Dealership for used vehicle I dealt with. Not honest. More
