To say this dealership is poor would be a disservice to poor dealerships. Their tiny service department is trying to service the thousands of snowbirds and permanent residents. Trying to get an appointment poor dealerships. Their tiny service department is trying to service the thousands of snowbirds and permanent residents. Trying to get an appointment is next to impossible, try at least three months out. Most times when you call you will be hung up on the first time before the operator comes on to try to direct your call. When you finally speak to one of the service people you are met with a surly if not down right angry sounding person. Lastly we get to fixing the car, if you are supposed to get it back today you really must plan on at least two days more, at least. If it wasn't for the fact that every computer readout of a problem is impossible for a different mechanic to read I would take my vehicle to Firestone but they would have to pay a 1500 fee to be able to read my vehicle's computer, I am held hostage by Dodge. I am so dissatisfied with them. More

Again my family has purchased a vehicle from Douglas Jeep in Venice. Always our go to dealership. From my company vehicles to my childrens. We have had, my business, personal, children's, wives and ex wives purchasing vehicles from there for 15 years. Although each has there favorite salesman, I have my own Paul. He kept tabs on the flow of vehicles to find the best match for my youngest daughter, which I purchased on August 20th 2022 that is more than above and beyond. He knows what Im looking for and keeps it in mind as the stock replenishes. This time it took 2 weeks to find the right fit. That right there proves he is not about production numbers as much as actually helping his customer. There service repair and detail is unmatched. John the heads that dept. cannot be matched. There has never been anything that he can't make right for his customers at least from my personal experience. Top notch detailing and tinting provided by Chad in that dept. is so intuitive about his customers my tint was done on pickup without even asking. This site needs a 7th star in my opinion.
