And I can’t say enough about the extras: lifetime car wash is extended warranty and then some!! I will definitely be back and we have three daughters that will be looking to get a cars next year when they get their license’s by the way their triplets!!! WOW...never expect a superb dealing with the sales agent. We have a pre arranged visit and it is Ratish Singh who contacted us. he is very consistent on everything. We were met by him upon arriving at the dealership and the car we wanted was ready for viewing. He is not pushy and made us very comfortable. No intimidations and very straightforward. Mostly the ball is in your side. He explains everything clearly and emphasize on things you asks. We even met the company owner and he is very down to earth. We went home with brand new car that we really like. we didn't even haggle for the price since with all the discounts we got when we sit and discuss was laid down in front of us and the price we ended up was the price we are really looking for, way below than the MSRP. Thank you and surely we will be back when the needs arises! More

And each time Garrett goes above and beyond for my family and I to make sure that we’re taken care of and understand everything step by step about the purchase. He starts by having the car pulled up and ready to go for the test drive when we get there. He then offers us refreshments and a snack and they have a great play room for the kids. He then takes us on a 30-45 min test drive and explains all the features and make sure we’re on the right vehicle and then does everything he can to make it work in our budget. Mazda Elk Grove is number one in California for customer service 5 yrs running because of employees like Garrett!! Just check his reviews 570 plus 5 star reviews can’t be wrong!
