It was great that the dealership could diagnose my problem the first day it happened. I returned the next day to have my car fixed After two hours, I was informed that someone ordered only one of the problem the first day it happened. I returned the next day to have my car fixed After two hours, I was informed that someone ordered only one of the needed parts. I had to return the next day. Luckily, my car was fixed promptly. I am concerned that the problem with the car may have occurred to other Prius owners. I saw some discussion on the Prius Chat forum. I also was charged more than expected, parts only $25.96, but the labor charge was $363 with an additional miscellaneous-'customer pay charge supply waste for repair order.' More

I have been an on and off customer since 1977, Arthur Tonnelli sold me my first new Toyota. Also there was a mechanic that worked there that I wholly trusted. I've done business with other Toyota Dealers Tonnelli sold me my first new Toyota. Also there was a mechanic that worked there that I wholly trusted. Took car in at appointment time and it took over 20 minutes to drop care off. Picked car up at end of day and car wasn't fixed. Had to drop car off the next day to get software update.
