I came to the dealership on Wednesday to look at a Colorado. We were in my wife's car and told them I wanted to trade in my 1980 Corvette. After they finally acknowledged me and my wife, they showed Colorado. We were in my wife's car and told them I wanted to trade in my 1980 Corvette. After they finally acknowledged me and my wife, they showed us the truck. I had not seen one this color and I changed from white to the gray. The used director wentaround the 40 year classic and said it had been wrecked and showed how the hood was not flush. This was just an adjustment! But, I digress. His offer came back at 6000. Of coursewe walked out. I made a few calls and sold it on Thursday for $12000. Double what used manager offered. So Thursday morning the salesperson text and askedif I was still wanting to put money into the deal. As I had not yet found ou the guy ws buying my car I told Andretta I was willing to put $15000 down, $6000 trade and give them $37k. She assured me she was going to talk to her manager and get right back to me. I followed up several times, not hearing from her. Finally I spoke to the GM. He wa apologet and told me I would hear from a sales manager very soon. I am stillwaiting for his call! Adrianna sent me a text saying she would call me in 7 minutes. She had been with customers all day. I guess I wasn't a customer. I ws now putting $25000 down and they had ignored me, I felt they should give me a slight discount. I really didn't think $37k, but $1000 discount for the attitude would be appropriate. MSRP was the only price. Somewhere in the mix before she knew I sold my car, they were stealing my trade and giving me $7000. Again total disrespect to me. I never heard from that sales manager!!! We went north to El Dorado. They opened the door for my wife and me. I had talked to a salesman and he was out in a flash. We went to his office and he took some notes. He then showed me the only Colorado in stock, a z71. Too much for what I wanted. He has a white one in transit and will be here soon. We wrote up a deal and their management accepted the offer. I was treated like I was important to them. I received a text from their sales manager asking if they had answered our questions and what more can they do to earn our business. Very impressive in comparison to how I had been treated at Jupiter. I could have bought the preferred color but didn't want to give Jupiter chevrolet my business!!! I just wish that I could talk to the owner. He is losing a lot of business by their attitudes. More

This is a dishonest dealership. Will fraudulently sell what they can. Buy a car elsewhere as this may be an expensive error. This dealership is more about volume than quality. Beware. what they can.
