Jarrett was exceptional, not only from the pre-visit conversations, but also during the purchase, and even after for a check-in. John, the Sales Manager, was so helpful and accomodating and very much appreciated. Liat in the Billing Office made what usually is a tough conversation into an enjoyable one- the most pleasant financier I've ever experienced in 12 car purchases across the country. 10/10 is my rating- I will be using them again for the next purchase, undoubtedly. I had the great pleasure of working with both Nick and Matt. The professionalism and patience they both have is priceless. I have never had this type of car purchasing experience. Before I went in to test drive the vehicle I did not realize how busy these two were because each time I called, they prioritized my needs and questions. Not one time did I feel rushed. When I got to the dealership, there were a lot of other customers there. I thought I would be sitting for hours; however, I was greeted by everyone and checked on frequently. I was also offered beverages while I waited and had some great conversations with the staff! Nick made sure I was comfortable with each decision and is one the best sake person I have ever met. Matt made this the best experience because it did not feel like I was buying anything. It was more like to old friends talking and laughing. Matt is also the reason why I will only be purchasing vehicles from Elite Auto Brokers, moving forward, as I am now lifer.
