We’ve been using Norm Reeves for a while and their service has always been stellar. Alexander kept us apprised of the status the whole process. Considering that our car had been vandalized with the lo service has always been stellar. Alexander kept us apprised of the status the whole process. Considering that our car had been vandalized with the lock punched out, Alex was thoughtful and caring towards us. It means a lot that people can care about one another and just be nice! He really shows concerned for his customers, very detail Orientated, trustworthy his customer service is fantastic! If there’s a problem, he contacts you right away makes you aware of it and basically takes Orientated, trustworthy his customer service is fantastic!
