Moved to the PNW in January 2018 from Iowa. Have lived in Salem, Seattle, and now Portland. Graduate from Iowa State University and have been in the car business since September 2010; very enjoyable to meet and work with customers to find the right car for them. I strive to provide a smooth, comfortable experience with honesty and clarity at the forefront of my actions. Buying a car should be a fun experience!! John Lilling my salesman was great Andrew the sales manager and Lacy at finance were a pleasure to work with. I was able to do about 95% of my deal online. The team over there at Ron Tonkin made the pr manager and Lacy at finance were a pleasure to work with. I was able to do about 95% of my deal online. The team over there at Ron Tonkin made the process easy and straightforward. I would have given the 5 stars if it weren’t they left the car on empty when I left the lot and when asked if they could fill it they told me that their dealership “doesn’t do that anymore” all in all I got a good deal for the truck and great fast service! I would buy a truck here again :) More
