We were so apprehensive about buying a car after so many years. Our whole experience with John was so pleasant, relaxed, thorough and comfortable. I walked into Lexus Wayzata looking for a hard to find used vehicle that I saw they had on their lot, and had the good fortune to be greeted by John Mac. I don't look like the typical clientele of a high- used vehicle that I saw they had on their lot, and had the good fortune to be greeted by John Mac. I don't look like the typical clientele of a high-end Lexus dealership, but John Mac treated me very well, and took the time to get to know me and my need nonetheless. He was wonderful to work with, made sure I was comfortable through the sales process, and in the end we came to a great deal on a vehicle in fantastic condition that has left me feeling like I really walked away with something that will meet my needs and last me a long time. Do recommend him for your car buying needs, and I'd work with him again anytime. More

John Maceachern was fabulous in terms of fin We’ve purchased four Lexus (soon to be 5) from Lexus of Wayzata and it was another wonderful experience. John Maceachern was fabulous in terms of finding the right vehicle for our needs, answering every question we had throughout the process without any pressure with his goal being our complete satisfaction – which he accomplished! Everything went very smoothly with the sale, paperwork and the delivery of our L/Certified Lexus RX 450h. We are currently waiting for the arrival of a new Lexus TX with Bailey Gibbs in New Vehicle Sales – she’s also joy to work with being incredibly helpful and responsive. Finally, hats off to Celeste Harris on the service team who’s always done a fantastic job ensuring that all of our vehicles are properly maintained.
