As I walked in to Lexus of Wayzata I was welcomed by a receptionist that was friendly and very inviting. She even remembered my name the next day as well as the salesman that I was working with. The facil receptionist that was friendly and very inviting. She even remembered my name the next day as well as the salesman that I was working with. The facility was clean and had a very relaxing waiting area with many accomodations. But to top it all off John MacEachern in sales was all out amazing. He listened to want I wanted. He was welcoming, pleasant and very professional. I recommend everyone go speak with John Mac. I would just like to say thanks again to all of Lexus of Wayzata making my experience the best. More

I purchased a used Lexus from Lexus of Wayzata, the sales experience was wonderful. I purchased the car "As Is" but the dealer had done mechanical inspections. Unfortunately, and very unusually, the tranm experience was wonderful. I purchased the car "As Is" but the dealer had done mechanical inspections. Unfortunately, and very unusually, the tranmission went out and the car only had 49K miles on it. The repair would have been very expensive and the dealer so very kindly agreed to a generous cost sharing arrangment where they paid the major portion of the repair and I paid part of it. They legally could have just walked away, as the car was sold "As Is". The character of a business as well as people, is truly shown not when things are going well, but when things go wrong. This was the most impressive and ethical act I have seen from any business I have ever experiences in my life. They have made a customer for life. All I can say is that I can't recommend Lexus of Wayzata enough, any business as ethnical and stand up as this deserves your business. If you want to deal with a trustworthy, honest and ethical business, look no further than Lexus of Wayzata ! More

Next George V - finance/w Friendly, informative, all information stated black and white (no bartering). Did test drive, handshake, purchased vehicle. Next George V - finance/warranty department. Full knowledgeable explanation of additional warranties. Wrote check. Turned over to Nathan where I received a total educated tutorial in the use of all the electronics of my car. Drove away knowing I will be checking the Lexus Manual for information regarding some of the “buttons “ in the future. Also know I can contact Nathan.
