5 Star People We came to Piazza frankly because they had the car in stock we had been looking for. But upon arriving, they couldn't have been nicer. John was fantastic to work with; he understood when we had to leave a tad early after getting our car ready (A beautiful Palisade Limited) and was able to give us the walk through in perfect time. He saw us coming a mile away and knew we know how to use cup holders! The bottom line is this crew made the experience enjoyable; they didn't do any hard sell, and they got us what we wanted! Kevin in Finance is also super friendly and even though the paperwork is the least favorite part of ANY purchase, he keeps the pace going and a had a great sense of humor. Keep it up. More

In spite of the restrictions placed on businesses by the government, the staff at Piazza Hyundai were easy to deal with and very accommodating throughout the whole process. John McDonnell, our salesman, worked very hard to earn our business answering our questions and reviewing many different alternatives until we decided on the final choice of vehicles. All the while, Sam Ehlers, general manager, was there to assist John and us with details about the car and deal. Additionally, Sam stood behind the 3 day exchange program after we had driven the car home and were not completely satisfied with its performance - we were able to return it the next next for another car. This was the epitome of service and attention to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Sam and his team. I will buy another car from him in the future.
