Doug & John were incredibly nice & helpful. They understood my wants & choices. Though it increased my monthly payments, I didn’t feel shoved into a choice about adding a warranty. It wasn’t being pushed on me, but rather if felt like a friend giving me “real talk” advice. Doug was helpful in presenting great info about each car I looked at & explaining the process in ways I understood. John was very nice & understanding in laying out all info for me as well. I appreciate everything they did for me & unlike other dealerships , every time I left & came back I felt positive. More
