I usually don’t write reviews, but felt obligated to leave one for this dealership. I’m 64 years old and have purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships, and this was the most pleasant ex leave one for this dealership. No pushy salespeople, no hidden fees, just honest, professional people that are genuinely concerned that the customer walks away feeling like they got a good deal. Thanks to John Minuik the sales manager for checking up on us more than once to make sure that we were getting the help we needed. Thanks to our sales rep Max Abercrombie for not pressuring us and working on our deal with the upmost professionalism. And lastly; thanks to Joe Blumhardt our finance expert for making us feel at ease during what can be the most painful part of the whole buying process. He was courteous and professional. I understand that the mayor of the town owns the dealership. He can rest assured that his business is in capable hands. Last but not least, what dealership sends you a personal thank you note and a box of cookies thanking you for your business? Mike Budzinski was an outstanding salesman with his knowledge and understanding of my request. Disappointed to be back giving them not a great review. They were very money hungry and couldn’t locate my file on a car I leased a year earlier from them? Someone who boasted about being there 31 years an They were very money hungry and couldn’t locate my file on a car I leased a year earlier from them? Someone who boasted about being there 31 years and would be able to help leaving no stone unturned was the most money hungry of all and honestly helped little to none except to take my business to another dealer who actually got me in a better option with no money down and paid off my lease no questions asked with a much lower payment on my new car. Darcy is a great place to look at cars but don’t make it your only stop. Lauren Gall is still amazing and remembers each and every client. More
