The service overall was good. I was not able to get everything done in this visit but will make a follow up appointment. The one issue I had is the express service tech forgot to place my wheel lock key back in my vehicle. I just happened to check for it before I left the dealer parking lot. He found it promptly once it was pointed out. More

John was great and the machanic as well. He took the time to explain to me the issue and how he found it. These guy are very transparent.Takes the worry out of taking it to the shop.
