He blamed things on me and was unprofessional on how he tried to correct me.

My issue is with the dealership. I bought my vehicle there, got a blowout and invoked my service program on towing. What they dont tell you is towing is only covered for up to 5 miles from the dealership, everything else is on you. So that was not told to me upon contract signing. Follow up, my tire was replaced, i wasnt charged but it appears that they either never returned and or lost my Wheel lock when the tire was replaced because this past weekend I came in for a rotation and I dont have a wheel lock. So either you never gave it to me upon purchase or you lost it when my car got dropped off by the tow truck driver. Again, all the service guys always treat me great, my issue is behind the scenes with management and finance. What they sell you and what you get are two different things.. Makes me tell people avoid buying from this dealership.
