Throughout the process I was kept up to date and informed as to where my truck was from factory build through shipping. John Palmer was responsive to all my questions and went above and beyond to keep me informed. When the truck arrived he moved it to the front of the "detail" line and had me in finance for closing paperwork ASAP. His professionalism speaks volumes. More
