John was excellent to work with. He set up an appointment at my convenience and was very helpful and friendly at our first meeting. He showed me the car in the show room and took me for a test d appointment at my convenience and was very helpful and friendly at our first meeting. He showed me the car in the show room and took me for a test drive. I came back the next day and put down a deposit based on his excellent knowledge and recommendation of the car. My car came in within a day or two and the process of getting it was seamless. He took care of the registration and new plates as well as dealing with my insurance company. When I went to pick up my new car, he seemed to share in my excitement. The finance portion was a pleasure. I have dealt with other car companies and I know it can be a very different experience. John took the time to explain where everything was and how everything worked in the car and even helped me set up my Bluetooth for my phone. He has phoned me several times in the past week to make sure that everything is good and that I am happy with the car. I would highly recommend John Parhami and the entire dealership at Long Island City Hyundai. P.S. I loved ringing the bell to signal a new car sale! More

I recently purchased a Harbor Metallic Gray 2013 Hyundai Sonata LTD toward the end of May. Michael Romano took the time out to price out a number of vehicles I was interested with all the available financing options in order to get me the best deal. Answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything in detail to ensure that I fully understood what was being presented to me. Using my budget for monthly payments among other items Mr. Romano left me with all the information I requested and allowed me to take time to myself to come to a decision. I was SOLD! Out of all the dealerships I visited in Queens LIC Hyundai really cared about me not just a sale. Felt refreshing. Mr. John Parhami explained the contract, financing options and made sure all the paperwork required was filled out accurately. Double checked everything and ensured that once the vehicle was delivered to me he explained a number of the features. Sent all the required paperwork to Hyundai and my insurance carrier and called me to notify me that everything was okay and to check if everything was good with the car. The entire process was quite painless and I didn't even feel that I just purchased a NEW CAR! Mr. Mohammad Khan is the Operations Manager for the dealership. He took time out to walk me through the process as this was my first car purchase. The entire staff carries the quality & customer driven attitude as upper management. It clearly shows!! He brought the car to the front of the dealership, licensed, washed and ready to go. I highly recommend this dealership. Visit a few others and stop by here towards the end you will understand what myself and other customers already know. This is the place to get your new Hyundai. Enjoy~ More

After checking out other dealerships and hearing negative reviews, I was very pleased of the straightforward and no nonsense price negotiations at LIC Hyundai. They honored my TrueCar quote without hesitatio reviews, I was very pleased of the straightforward and no nonsense price negotiations at LIC Hyundai. They honored my TrueCar quote without hesitation and competitively price matched a previous dealer quote. Although I stopped by in the last two hours before closing, John was still able to provide a test drive around the neighborhood, information and a good price. I also worked with Oscar who was also very straightforward during the contract signing and didn't sell me anything more than I had asked for the following day. They gave me the time to think and calculate everything before signing my purchase which was pressure-free and considerate. There were no hidden fees and last minute sales pitches. I highly recommend LIC Hyundai especially for those who've had bad experiences on previous car purchases. It's unfortunate that car dealership stereotypes are mostly negative and stressful. But LIC Hyundai is definitely one that stand out better than the rest! Thanks John and Oscar for making a believer out of me that honest and helpful car salesmen still exist! More
