I have been in the car business since 1985 and with Scottsdale Lexus since 2000. Outstanding customer oriented service provided by our sales consultant Holly Holland and John Richwagen of the management department. After being a 12-year Infinity customer, this was my first experience sales consultant Holly Holland and John Richwagen of the management department. After being a 12-year Infinity customer, this was my first experience with Lexus. Both Holly and John made it a very favorable experience. From the time we entered the door, both my wife and I as well as my daughter & son-in-law were greeted by Holly who sought to understand our automotive needs/desires and to match those desires/needs with what Lexus had to offer. John was outstanding in putting together the overall deal and coordinating with Holly and others. Both provided great follow-up which ultimately led to the sale. More
