Staff was very helpful and worked with me to get a better loan offer than what I walked in with, a great extended warranty, higher value on my trade in, immediately worked to correct issues with my new vehicle (due for maintenance and a small dent), and took care of tags and registration (no dmv trip needed!). After having all family cars, this was my first dealership purchase, and I wasn't overwhelmed at all. Super friendly, (treats you like a friend, greeted me by name and asked how my husband was doing? ), super Michell was nothing less than super..... Kis Service not only changed my oil, but also applied a city sticker to my windshield (upon my request)..... Michelle also found the "free oil change" commitment) written by the previous manager to apply to my service...... When I went to pick up my car, Michele explained all the check-ups (& findings) that were completed on my car.... He had taken my information and said he would get back to me with some numbers he had to speak to his manager Mr. Wais. Mr. Wais called me back he told me he was able to meet my numbers I came in the store and he honored his word there was no back and forth, the staff was friendly, just filled out the papers and everything was good to go. I am proudly riding in my new Kia Optima and my trade-in was paid off in full. Too bad all dealers don't work like that. I was also able to get financing through them at a way cheaper rate then my credit union gave me. I would highly recommend doing business with them. Thanks guys More
