From a customer’s perspective, Freeman Toyota employees were attentive, professional, and patient. They clearly communicated the process and next steps. Overall decent experience, after finance was done I was hit with a few unexpected items I didn’t care for. Bubbles in tint, more miles on truck than I signed the documents, truck was dirty inside, passenge hit with a few unexpected items I didn’t care for. There’s 25 Toyota dealers in DFW just pick one they will all be about the same. John was cool though. More
