Let me say that we have bought several cars over the years. This is the first dealership that was so down to earth and explained things and wasn't just out to make a sale. In the past three years I have purchased three jeeps through Branhaven - one new and two pre-owned - and been extremely satisfied in all regards - pricing, customer service and professionalism. I have taken them back for service and the service staff is always helpful and very accommodating. In addition regular maintenance visits, like oil-changes, I have also purchased tires and had other service done there and found their pricing to be very competitive. I know that by bringing my automobiles back to my dealer, they are receiving the best possible service. I have recommended Branhaven to several of my friends and even my boss and will continue to do so. More

We are HUGE fans of Branhaven and have been for over 15 years. We have purchased 5 vehicles in that time and always use their service Dept (Oil changes and general service). I tried the other local dealers (Wallingford/Madison) in the beginning but Branhaven always beat the price. Service has always been great to deal with and we now always buy the extended service plan knowing we are in good hands. We are on a first name basis now with the owner Robert and he has a great team. More
