Bought a New Nissan Rogue Right Price, Stellar service, pleasant atmosphere, fun, no stress experience. The deal got a little slow but Joe Griffin came in and offered lifetime Right Price, Stellar service, pleasant atmosphere, fun, no stress experience. How sweet it is to get the car you want hassle free! I cannot recommend the staff at Youngblood Nissan highly enough based on my recent purchase of a fully-loaded Nissan Rogue. I had done a lot of resea I cannot recommend the staff at Youngblood Nissan highly enough based on my recent purchase of a fully-loaded Nissan Rogue. I had done a lot of research on what I wanted to pay for my new Rogue and what I wanted in trade for my Mini Cooper. The dealership was totally in agreement with my estimates! From the time I entered the showroom, Susan Shortt, the receptionist, made me feel totally at ease and promptly called Bobby Newton to assist me. Everyone in the sales staff from General Manager John Widiger, Sales Manager Joe Griffin, Transportation Specialist Bobby Newton, to Transportation Specialist Amber Zeller could not do enough to make my buying experience easy and totally hassle-free. They answered all my questions honestly and completely so that I thoroughly understood all my options. And Laz Abjukarimov was very informative, totally explained my financing and warranty options, and helped me obtain a terrific interest rate! As Bobby Newton was giving me a thorough and detailed explanation of my Rogue's features in the front seat of the vehicle, Mr. Youngblood even came out to thank me for my purchase! This dealership has it together, putting the customer first. We couldn't even sit in the waiting area without numerous employees approaching us to insure that we had been helped! They "Get it right" I have purchased several vehicles in my life but I have never been pleased enough with the customer service to take the time to write a review. My exp I have purchased several vehicles in my life but I have never been pleased enough with the customer service to take the time to write a review. My experience at Youngblood Nissan and specifically with Jack Dugger changed that. I had done my homework before I ever went to the dealership including visiting the dealer website and picking out the vehicle I wanted from their inventory. I made a phone call to Jack, went on my lunch break to fill out the credit application, and went back on Saturday to complete the sale. I have worked in sales and I can say with assurity that Youngblood gets it right when it comes to customer service and the sales process. Kudos to them. So very pleased I bought my new Nissan here. More

We knew when we began our latest quest for a new car that Youngblood would be at the top of the list. After looking at 4 other brands, there was no other option than to deal with Youngblood. We requested a best quote, and received one that we felt was very fair and upfront. The sales person that we worked with was extremely knowledgeable about the product and everyone treated us like family. We feel that this is the way a dealership should treat is customers. Hands down best in our book. More

My wife and I worked with Greg Scott for about 2 mos. looking forward to a pull ahead on a Nissan lease..When that opportunity finally arrived Greg was right on the phone inviting us up from Branson and looking forward to a pull ahead on a Nissan lease..When that opportunity finally arrived Greg was right on the phone inviting us up from Branson and spent about 4 hours on a Saturday helping us decide on the right car and helping us get the lease pmt. we needed.Greg was also very helpful to our daughter when she leased a new car last August..Greg just seems to care and makes you feel he's working for you..After all decisions were made the rest of the staff was awesome in fulfilling our needs and consumating the deal..We love our new car and look forward to using our free services during the first year..Also,rest assured that in 32 mos we'll be bugging Greg to check on a pull ahead for our new 2017 or 2018 Nissan... After only 40 days of owning our Armada, I was in a serious car accident totaling out the vehicle we loved. With no hesitation at all, I called TJ Brice to help me find a replacement. We just signed papers on a 2nd Nissan Armada. I stamp 5 stars on this dealership for the way they are as people. Any dealership can sell you a car, but this dealership sells an experience... And one we had never had. The entire team delivered big and we will always recommend them to anyone we know. More
