Johnathan was friendly, very helpful, and extremely patient as we tried to decide which car we wanted. He did his best to get us to the finance person quickly, and he helped us get a good deal for our patient as we tried to decide which car we wanted. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee here yesterday, and while I had a great experience working with the sales person, my experience with the finance side has not been great after the purchase was made. I came home happy with my purchase but after reviewing my documents, I had a few questions that needed clarifying. Called the dealership a few times this morning before I got through to the person I would worked with. I came away from that conversation feeling as if I was being rushed off of the phone, not totally satisfied with the answers I was given. I tried calling the dealership again several times after that for further clarification, but never got to speak with anyone regarding my concerns over the phone. I finally decided to drive back up to the dealership to speak with them in person only to be spoken to rudely by the same individual. I was able to meet with the general manager afterwards who was able discuss my concerns with me, but in all honesty, it felt like I was given the run around all day. The dealership itself is great-clean and customer friendly, however, that experience with that single individual left me with a negative experience. More
