Excellent Customer Service I went in to get service on my previous car. It was a recall that couldn't get done. A issue with it being a hybrid. I talked to Joe Dozal about it he I went in to get service on my previous car. It was a recall that couldn't get done. A issue with it being a hybrid. I talked to Joe Dozal about it he helped me out. So I decided to try and get a new one to trade it in and Albert Ainooson walked up to me & took care of my situation made me comfortable. Worked with me & was excellent in job professionalism. Johnney Leger helped alot as well he had a big big part in everything excellent professionalism as well. I'm a greatful customer and will recommend anyone to stop by or to get me another car in the future. More

Excellent car buying experience We just bought a new 2019 Nissan Murano Platinum AWD yesterday from Albert. He was a phenomenal salesperson. He was friendly yet professional. We were We just bought a new 2019 Nissan Murano Platinum AWD yesterday from Albert. He was a phenomenal salesperson. He was friendly yet professional. We were comfortable with him immediately. When negotiating the details, the transaction was never high-pressured or stressful with any of the people we encountered. Daniel in finance was personable and professional as well. It was later in the evening when we stopped by the dealership. We were in the market for a new vehicle but our minds were not set on buying anything yesterday. After finding a vehicle we both loved and dealing with people we are excited to have a business relationship with, it was a done deal. It is worth mentioning that when my car was done being detailed, in spite of it being around 7:00 PM, Albert asked the gentleman who had done the job to please check and clean an area inside the fuel door that sometimes goes unnoticed, and Albert was sure to let the detail person know that this had not been a direct problem with him. The gentlemen responded eagerly and said he would check that right away. I was impressed with him and his desire to do a good job. I apologize for not getting his name. I was also impressed with Albert’s ability to convey attention to detail without coming across as condescending. Both of those gentlemen appear to be true assets to this dealership. Thank you, Albert and everyone, for making the car buying process fun and exciting like it should be. We love our new car and we also love doing business with everyone at Orr Central. More
