Purchased a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti from eCarOne and had a great experience overall. The entire team was super straightforward from start to finish. Sales, finance, everyone I interacted with was on the same page and there was no back and forth or games being played. Johnny Tran handled my sale and was excellent to work with. Very responsive, honest, and made sure I had all the information I needed before making a decision. Didn't feel pressured at any point. There are some non-negotiable add-on items, but the vehicle is priced accordingly and they are upfront about everything before you sit down to sign. No surprises on the final paperwork, which I appreciated. Would recommend eCarOne to anyone shopping for a vehicle in the DFW area. A well-run operation with a team that actually respects your time. More
