As we discussed, we clearly dropped the ball on a few important details, from the charge level of your BMW i5 M60 to the delayed follow-up and the charger issue. That is not how we want any customer to feel after taking delivery, and I completely understand your frustration. On a brighter note, I am glad to hear that you are loving the i5 M60. It is an exceptional EV and a personal favorite of mine. While we cannot undo the initial frustration, please know that your experience has led to internal conversations and process improvements on our end, especially around EV deliveries and charger readiness.
