We specifically asked to purchase an extended warranty and were oddly talked out of it, which is highly unusual for a dealership. When I returned shortly after the sale to address the problems, they refused to take responsibility or offer any reasonable resolution. The service department at John Thornton serviced this vehicle for the previous owner - we have records. They are now saying the vehicle needs a new transmission, motor mounts and two TPMS sensors. They knowingly sold the vehicle in this condition and refuse to make it right. More

Well Jon my trusted Hero he's in Florida on vacation. Crap-Jon refers me to Shane Oldham . Step 4 visiting the dealer for the car of my affections. So we meet Shane and what do you know we're childhood friends. John Thornton guy take our trade for appraisal. Shane an I begin the negotiations and strangely enough HONESTY+rebates+this that and more. I'm like really digging this deal right. appraiser returns and his numbers freaking match mine. Now with equity fairly stated this was my deal. sign and Drive Baby no chit. GO to John Thornton in Carrollton and ask for Jon or Shane either one will treat you right More
