Recently we were at the dealership and I decided to trade my Honda CRV in for a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. I Love it! Even after the sale was done Jim sat in the vehicle with us pairing our phones to the vehicle and helped us with OnStar. I also want to point out the dealership had already closed and he was with us still 45 minutes later. Jon was also very helpful with financing and helped us get to the payment that would be affordable for us. After purchasing the vehicle, I found it needed new brakes and rotors. I called the dealership regarding this issue and with the hassle free help of Jay Johnson and his GM Jon Goffee I was able to get these repaired and covered by the dealership. I live 2 hours away and they made it seamless to get them fixed without having to make the drive to them. Thank you both SO much, I would highly recommend Progressive Chevrolet to anyone! More
