Hi Sherri, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your experience with our service team. We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about your recent visit. We have shared your comments with our management team and understand that our General Manager has been in touch with you to further discuss your experience. We take customer feedback extremely seriously and have looked into this matter further. We would like to provide some additional context in our findings. As you know, we completed a tire rotation and wheel balance on your vehicle on February 18th. At the time of service, your vehicle had approximately 16,576 miles on its odometer. An appointment for your vehicle was created on March 15th for March 25th. At the time of your appointment, your vehicle has accumulated approximately 900 additional miles since your last service visit. We cross-referenced all of our phone logs for any records of conversations had with our service department between the date of your service appointment on 2/18 and your appointment on 3/25, and were unable to find any calls originating from you or your household regarding additional concerns about your vehicle. The appointment scheduled for 3/25 was the first time our team was informed that your vehicle was experiencing any concern. We were also not able to find any traces of service appointments created and canceled between this span, other than what was set on 3/15 for 3/25. Given the time and mileage elapsed since your vehicle left our facility (approximately one month and in excess of 900 miles), there are many variables and possibilities as to what might have occurred between the span of the two appointments scheduled. While we are always looking to assist our customers in every way possible and proudly stand behind the work we complete, we must respectfully disagree with your comments regarding taking accountability. You mentioned in your review that your vehicle began experiencing these issues upon picking it up from our facility. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find any attempts to reach us via email, phone call, or text message to inform us of your concerns – all of which are recorded to ensure our customers receive the best customer experience possible. Without this, we are unable to substantiate the timing of when your vehicle began experiencing concerns or assume responsibility for these concerns. Had this been brought to our attention at that time, or any time soon thereafter, our team would have been happy to assist you in investigating any connection to something that could have occurred while your vehicle was in our care. Given the number of variables and the time elapsed, we are not able to offer assistance at this time. If you are interested in proceeding with the work our team recommended while your vehicle was with us, we would be happy to connect with our management team to ensure your vehicle is scheduled for service as quickly as possible. Yeah, the general manager kept speaking over me and wouldn't let me talk. When you post a negative review with Lester Glenn, they will follow up, but only to steamroll you. They will say you're lying when you're not. I wonder if gaslighting is part of their management training? The sole purpose of the general manager calling is NOT to resolve the issue, but to coerce you into removing your reviews. The number of negative reviews on various pages speaks volumes. Having a complaint over the phone isn't an issue for them; the ones other people can see are. That's why we didn't a call until the complaint was posted. I could have added more to my review, such as being given conflicting statements and video of what actually is wrong with the car. First we were told brake pads, yet the video we were sent, tech clearly says the brake pads were ok. Then we were told a "rotor was sticking out about 1/4 of an inch" and they could "cut it" for us. There are soooo many dealerships around - with better service teams, managers who listen and not speak over women, don't gaslight their customers, and are actually.. happy to do business. I can toss away this ENTIRE review about what is wrong with our car and rewrite it about how awful they treat and speak to their customers. I don't have to though, because there are entire Reddit threads about it.
