I have been car shopping for awhile. I knew I wanted an SUV. I went to several dealerships & walked out if I didn't like the service. My husband and I just left another dealership and walked into Lester Glenn. Nick was very personable, knowledgeable and courteous. He asked me what I was looking for without trying to "sell" me a car. He took his time with me. He answered all of my questions & concerns. I had to leave & promised I would be back but I knew that I wanted to buy a car from him. He made me feel comfortable and went over every detail - even ones I didn't think of. I want to thank him for all of his hardwork.

Want to thank Nick Barile for the hard work he put into helping me find the 08' Toyota Tundra I purchashed.
I met Nick about 5 weeks ago and was just starting out on a search for the right truck (I was in no rush). This Tundra came up on special and Nick and the Lester Glenn team went to work on making the Tundra mine. A lot of effort was put in by Nick to help make the purchase.
Happy to say I have a week with the Tundra and VERY VERY HAPPY with the decision to buy it. Nick is a young guy but he has a lot of CHARACTER and is very customer friendly. Keep up the good work habits Nick you will go far with the good attitude you show at your work.

We began looking for a new truck a couple of months ago. We came to Lester Glenn first because we previously purchased 3 new vehicles from Lester Glenn (2 GMC trucks and a Sonata). We visited the showroom numerous times and dealt with Bill Caffyn. He was extremely pleasant even when we requested to do 5 or maybe more test drives on one visit. Bill never pressured us, understood our needs versus wants and our financial concerns. He never inundated us with bothersome phone call or emails which was such a relief. Bill reached out to us when there were sales/discounts that applied to the vehicles we expressed interest in. We can't say enough good things about the type and quality of service he provided to us...never felt pressured to buy. I just gave his card to my friend who is looking for a new vehicle and she reached out to him yesterday. Thank you Lester Glenn for having such a great salesman like Bill. Thank You Bill for being so understanding, down to earth and easy to work with!!!!

I recently was in a pretty bad accident and my Honda that I bought brand new was totaled. I was looking for a safe reliable car online and came across one I liked at Lester Glenn. I called them up and set up a time to meet on Monday.

Michael is one of the nicest people I have ever met in sales. I have purchased a few cars before, and this was the most pleasurable experience so far. I wish I knew more people who needed cars right now, I would gladly send them to Michael. He explained to me everything I needed to know carefully and descriptively and I did not have one question unanswered. Excellence at its best.

The last time I bought a car I felt like I was just another number in a sales book. I left there feeling like I was one of the family there. I am very glad I came there and will be back again.

To show you how awesome Michael is, I have XM satellite radio on the car, and the signal did not go in right away. I left the dealer around 12:45pm. He called me at 9:47 that night with help to get the XM working. How many other salesmen would have done that. He could have waited until the next day, but he didn't. Thanks so much Michael and Lester Glenn for all you did.

And the car is pretty cool too.

I bought my Malibu at Lester Glenn and Sal Licastri took care of me and It was a pleasant experience. So I went back to buy a Chevy Cruse and again it was a pleasant experience. And everyone involved with the sale was very professional and kind. I would recommend Lester Glenn to everyone I know.

When we first went to Lester Glenn we had already been to two other dealerships. We weren't sure what we wanted yet, so we were just looking to see what each car brand had to offer. Without being specific, we went to a Jeep dealership which was pleasant, but they didn't have a vehicle to meet our needs. Again, without being specific, we went to a Toyota dealership which was a terrible experience and we couldn't leave the showroom fast enough. When we went to Lester Glenn, we met with Mike Stockhausen and he was such a pleasure to work with--no pressure, but clearly motivated to help us get the best vehicle to meet our needs and to get us the best price possible. We left without buying a car and took some time to check out other vehicles. Mike contacted us to check in and was more than willing to answer any questions, again without being pushy. We decided to go back to him to hear more about what he could offer us, working within our budget comfort-zone. The deal was too good to turn down, so we made a decision and went with the Equinox which I am LOVING! Everyone involved was friendly and helpful--even salesmen that were not involved in our sale were courteous and friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and are happy with our decision. We highly recommend this dealership!!

We were assisted by Devino Jensen, he was great explained everything in detail. He was friendly very helpfull in what we were looking for. I would go back to him when in need of another car and would recommend him to anyone that was looking for another vehicle.
