Jon Jackson at Mel Hambelton Ford

I have bought vehicles from Jon Jackson in the past. On Jan. 7 of this year my son was in a serious car accident. The first thing Jon was concerned with was if my son was okay. Then what he and The Mel Hambelton family could do to help us out, and get us into something we could afford. Since he is going to college and working we needed something reliable for him to drive. We went through all options from used, leasing, and new. It turned out that the best fit for us was a 2013 Ford, and it lowered our payments from the used vehicle we bought from here 11 months ago. Jon is always awesome. He is very professional, reliable and nothing but a gentleman. He has never treated us with anything but respect, no matter what the value of the car is that we may be looking for. When Jeff Horning found out about my son he also was concerned about him, and helped us out when he found out he had nothing to drive until we got through all of the insurance hoops, and found a car to buy for him. I have always been pleased with Jon, and would use no one else but Jon when buying a vehicle. Jon is so good at his job that even if you have an issue after you buy the vehicle, he will go take care of it for you. He's not just there when you buy your vehicle, he is here for you afterwards as well. We have now purchased 6 new vehicles, and 1 used vehicle from Mel Hambelton, four of those have been purchased from Jon and we have never been happier with these purchases. Thanks Jon for everything. When I went to purchase my vehicle I already had an appointment at another dealer set for later in the day with a car picked out. I stopped at Mel Hambelton earlier in the day and spoke with Jon. He was so courteous to my wife and I that we stayed and discussed car possibilities with him. He was a solid salesman, he was polite, nice, and knowledgeable about cars without being too pushy, the ideal seller a buyer looks for. Jon clearly cared more about our needs and us than making a sale that day, and that spoke volumes to us; he did not just want to get us into a car he also wanted the car to be a perfect fit for us. I could not be happier with my experience buying a vehicle from Jon Jackson and would gladly return for another purchase in the future.

If you looked up customer service in the dictionary, there would be a picture of Jon Jackson and the whole Mel Hambelton team. I work in the customer service industry and was blown away by how comfortable they made our big purchase. When you go here to buy your next vehicle, Jon Jackson is the man you want to see. Absolutely, hands down, the best sales rep you could ask for. Jon went above and beyond to insure our happiness, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Logan Thomas made all of the final paperwork a very smooth process. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Also, Alex Wespi on the delivery team deserves a promotion. This guy has amazing people skills and insured that we understood all the bells and whistles of our 2013 Ford Escape. Special kudos to Alex. I was referred to Jon Jackson, and I am so glad.
He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If he did not know the answer to a question, he found someone who did.
I intended to buy a used car, but Jon showed me the advantages of a new one.Such as warranty, rebates, and tires.
I was was very satisfied and happy with Jon. He made my sales visit pleasant.

Jon contacted me while i was in KC and told me he had a customer that was intrested in my f-150 or one similar. He ask if i would be intrested in traiding for a new trk if he cpuld keep my pmts the same. When i arrived atr the dealership the next afternoon we talked and i decided to upgrade to a 4x4 supercrew. Jon is a straight forward person and showed me the deal i think i have ever recived from a dealership. When it was all said and done i was driving a new f-150 4x4 and my pmts only went up $39.00. The service department here is second to none also. They always greet you with a smile and bend over backwards to take care of you. That is why 2 months later I contacted jon about a car for my daughter and he made me a deal i couldn't turn down and she is driving a 2012 for escape. I am very happy with Jon and the dealership and will purchase from them again when i need another vehicle

Jon contacted me to see if I might be interested in trading in my Escape for a newer model. The deal was very straightforward. I was given KBB trade in value right off the bat, in addition to 0% financing.

This is the 2nd purchase I have made at MH Ford, and will continue to do business witth them in the future. Jon Jackson was an excellent sales associate, and the finance staff is great as well.

I normally hate working with car dealers, but MH Ford is quite the exception. WAY BETTER than Rusty Eck.

We were politely greeted in passing by a salesperson (Jon Jackson) on the lot. We asked HIM for help locating what I had researched on their (Mel Hambelton) easy to navigate web site. Jon listened. He was very knowledgeable of options, packages, functions, capacities, and availability. He listened to our long list of wants, balanced those against our equally long list of needs and found the vehicle that satisfied both in stock. He delivered us to it, answered many questions, and patiently verified we were satisfied with his answers. He listened. We are very happy with our purchase of a Ford truck.

So the truck is prepped and ready to deliver. Jon greets and informs that a demonstration of the truck's electronic capabilities has been arranged. We're a little apprehensive but figure we might learn a few nuggets after suffering through some droning briefing. It wasn't that way at all...

Austin explains the basics inside the dealership then invites us to OUR vehicle for hands-on demonstration. For nearly an hour, most every button in the vehicle is repeatedly pushed and cool stuff happens while Austin demonstrates how, why, and when to not to. Lots of laughter and we learned plenty.

I love my Ford truck. I feel confident I will be happy taking it to Mel Hambelton for Service.

With he exception of the last car I bought at Mel Hambelton this was thebest car buying experience I have ever had. I will never buy from any other local dealership again.
